What appointment bookings collect
The website’s booking form asks only for your full name, phone number, chosen time, and your agreement to receive the phone call. While the website’s own booking is being connected, the Google appointment calendar shown instead asks for your first and last name, email, and phone number. Please do not share health information, date of birth, Social Security number, Medicare ID, income, or documents when booking.
How your contact details are handled
When you book on the website, your name, phone number, and appointment time are sent from our server to Shadi’s Google Calendar, and Shadi receives an email with those details. You receive no email or text; the confirmation screen lets you add the appointment to your own calendar. Availability is checked without showing anyone the details of Shadi’s other appointments. If you book through Google’s appointment calendar instead, Google processes your details under its own privacy policy and sends you and Shadi confirmation emails and calendar invitations. Truevo uses your booking details only to call you at your scheduled time.
Appointment records
Appointments are stored in Shadi’s Google Calendar and notification emails according to his business practices and provider policies. The site has no separate appointment database and does not save booking details in your browser. Hosting, email, and Google providers may process and retain operational records under their policies. Assistant conversations
Assistant conversations are separate from appointment bookings. Chat history is saved in your browser until you clear it with the assistant’s new-chat button or clear browser storage. Messages and recent conversation context are processed on our server and sent through our AI service provider to the model provider to generate replies. The model request disables optional provider conversation storage; this does not guarantee that providers retain no operational records. Do not enter health, identity, financial or other sensitive information in the chat.
Contacting Shadi directly
When you call, text, or email, your phone or email app handles that communication directly with Shadi.
